Designed and led an effort to recruit and distribute over 300 voter protection canvassers across the state. Under my leadership, the 5-person OOS Team successfully carried out our three-pronged mission, to:

1. Serve as a specialized entry-point and database of information on the availability, mobility and flexibility of each out-of-state volunteer.

2. Build one-to-one relationships with canvassers starting prior to their arrival, solidifying interest into commitments, minimizing flaking, maximizing investment in the cause, and allowing us to make further asks after arrival.

3. Ensure 100% coverage of the state through careful distribution of OOS resources to locations not covered by in-state volunteers.
